§ 52.06 REQUIRED STANDARDS OF ELECTRIC WIRING AND APPARATUS; RIGHTS TO REFUSE OR DISCONNECT ELECTRIC SERVICE.
   All electric wiring and apparatus connected, or to be connected, to the company’s distribution system shall be made, installed, and maintained in accordance with the requirements of all electrical codes applicable within the city as they may be adopted by the city, or be otherwise required by law, from time to time. The company reserves the right to refuse to connect to any wiring or apparatus, which does not meet these requirements, and the company may, without further notice, discontinue service to any customer when a defective condition of wiring or equipment on the premises of the customer results, or is likely to result, in interference with proper service.
