§ 52.05 RIGHTS, DUTIES, OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES, AND THE LIKE OF THE CUSTOMER.
   (A)   The customer will not sell the electricity purchased from the company to any other person, unless the rate schedule under which he or she is served specifically provides for the resale. The customer will not be permitted to extend or connect the installation to lines across or under a street, alley, or other public space in order to obtain service for adjacent property through 1 meter, unless the adjacent property is a part of the same business and actually contiguous except for the intervening public space.
   (B)   The customer will be responsible for all damage to, or loss of, the company’s property located upon his or her premises, unless occasioned by causes beyond his or her control, and shall not permit anyone who is not agent of the company to remove or tamper with the company’s property.
