(A) General. An instrument of payment (check, draft, transfer, and the like) shall be signed by 2 individuals.
(B) City bank accounts. The Mayor, Mayor Pro-Tem, City Manager, and City Clerk/Treasurer shall be designated to sign instruments of payment. A facsimile signature may be used for both signatures.
(C) Municipal Court bank accounts. The Mayor, Mayor Pro-Tem, Municipal Judge, and City Clerk/Treasurer shall be designated to sign instruments of payment.
(D) Federal Reserve Bank (pledged collateral).
(1) For both City Funds and Raton Water Works Funds, the pledged collateral is managed by the City Clerk/Treasurer.
(2) The Mayor, Mayor Pro-Tem, City Manager, and City Clerk/Treasurer shall be designated to sign instruments for pledged collateral.
