§ 32.55 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is hereby established under the executive branch of the government of the Municipality of Raton in accordance with NMSA Chapter 12, Art. 10-1 through 10-10, as amended, an Office of Emergency Management, which shall consist of:
   (A)   A Coordinator of Emergency Management who shall be appointed by the City Manager of the Municipality of Raton and subject to approval by the State Director;
   (B)   The additional professional administrative staff personnel required to effectively carry out the emergency management program; and
   (C)   All other municipal officers and employees, together with those volunteer forces enrolled to aid them during periods of emergency, shall be considered as part of the emergency management organization of the Municipality of Raton.
