§ 32.15 ESTABLISHMENT; APPOINTMENT; TERMS; HONORARY MEMBERS.
   There is hereby established the Raton Library Board, which shall consist of 5 regular members who shall be appointed by the City Commission for terms of 5 years each. One of the terms shall expire on March 1 of every year. Honorary members may be appointed by the City Commission to serve at its pleasure.
