§ 10.21 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   In the enforcement of the provisions of this code, any officer, employee, servant, or agent of the city shall have the right of entry upon, and may enter upon, any premises within the jurisdiction of the city for the purpose of enforcing any provision of this code, including the performing of any act upon the premises required or authorized by this code, the serving of any order, notice, or other process upon the owner of the premises or any other person located thereon, or the exercise of any duty, obligation, or responsibility arising under this code which can be accomplished only on the premises.
