A. Agencies To Review: The applicant shall forward copies of the proposal to the following agencies for review:
1. Appropriate power and gas agencies;
2. Appropriate school district;
3. Panhandle health district;
4. Appropriate fire protection official; and
5. Other appropriate agencies as recommended by the city engineer.
B. Responses Required: The application shall not be complete until agency responses, as listed in Section 12-2-6(A) above, are received by the administrator, or in the event that an applicant does not receive and submit an agency response, the applicant submits in place of the missing agency response at least two (2) documented attempts to solicit a response from any agency who did not respond, with said attempts being no less than seven (7) days apart.
