§ 152.43 ACCEPTANCE OF INFRASTRUCTURE.
   (A)   Any infrastructure to be brought into the town and maintained by the town will have to go through the following approval process. A series of successful walkthroughs shall take place. The first will take place at 80% complete. A punchlist of items to be repaired or corrected will be created by the town and its representative. Items from this punchlist must be completed before the next walkthrough is scheduled.
   (B)   A second walkthrough will be performed by the town and its representative. A punchlist of items to be repaired or corrected will be prepared, and items from this punchlist must be completed before the final walkthrough.
   (C)   The final walkthrough will occur at 100% complete and should note no punchlist items. If this series of walkthroughs is completed successfully, the town will take over the maintenance of the infrastructure. If this series of walkthroughs is not completed successfully, the procedure will continue in the same manner until the infrastructure is approved by the town; however, it should be noted that the developer will maintain a warranty period on this infrastructure for a period of 18 months after the acceptance of infrastructure. Please note that the developer is also responsible for any maintenance fees or any fee associated with the approval process. The fees include, but are not limited to, review fees, testing fees, sampling fees, emergency work fees, or within the developer’s responsibility.
