(A) Every lot shall abut upon a public street, but double frontage lots shall be avoided wherever possible.
(B) Where public water and sewer facilities are available, every lot shall contain not less than the area prescribed in Chapter 154.
(C) Where public water and sewer facilities are not available, each residential lot shall contain a minimum as prescribed by Chapter 154.
(D) Side lot lines shall be as near as practicable at right angles to the straight street or radial to curved streets.
(E) Depth and width of properties reserved or laid out for commercial and industrial purposes shall be adequate to provide for the off-street service and parking facilities.
