§ 152.39 LAYOUT OF BLOCKS.
   (A)   The widths of blocks shall be sufficient to allow two tiers of lots of appropriate depth.
   (B)   Block laying shall not exceed 1,200 feet except in cases, where in the judgment of the Planning and Zoning Commission, a longer block is necessary for unusual conditions.
