(A) When the subdivision is within the corporate limits, the subdivider shall make a written application to the Town Clerk for the extension of water and sewage lines in accordance with any existing ordinances and policies so as to provide all utilities service to every lot in the subdivision, and shall provide all rights-of-way necessary in the extension of these services.
(B) Subdivisions outside the town where utilities are accessible shall apply in writing to the Town Clerk for permission to connect to the town’s utilities systems and in accordance with the existing ordinances and policies of the town.
(C) Subdivisions outside the town where water and sewage facilities are not available, the subdivision shall comply with all rules and regulations prescribed for private and/or community water supply and waste disposal by the state’s Department of Human Resources, Division of Health Services and the County Health Department. This approval from the proper authorities shall be attained prior to submission to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
