§ 110.07 CRUISING PROHIBITED.
   CRUISING, which is hereby defined as the movement of unoccupied taxicabs over the public streets in search of, or soliciting, prospective passengers for hire, is prohibited; provided, unoccupied taxicabs proceeding to answer a telephone call for taxicab service from an intending passenger, and taxicabs returning by the most direct route, after having discharged a passenger, to the garage where the taxicab is housed, or to its depot or terminal nearest to the place of discharge of the passenger shall not be considered cruising.
