§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, owner, operator, or driver who shall violate any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to penalties as provided herein. For the purpose of this chapter, it shall be considered that each day during which any provision of this chapter is violated shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. Any person, owner, operator, or driver who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and fined $50. In the event the person violating any provisions of this chapter is a corporation, the officer, agent, or employees thereof, who shall violate or procure, aid or abet any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the same penalties as if he or she himself or herself had committed the violations, and, upon conviction of any violation of the provisions of this chapter, the Board of Commissioners may suspend or revoke any certificates or certificates of necessity held by the person.
