§ 93.26 DISPLAY OF GOODS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any merchant or other person or firm to exhibit or display any goods, wares, or merchandise of any kind upon the sidewalks of the town, or to leave any delivery cart, wagon, or other vehicle standing in or upon any street or sidewalk as will impede traffic.
