A temporary permit may be issued by the Town Coordinator allowing a storage trailer to be placed in the rear yard of a residence for the sole purpose of storing household goods, provided that:
(A) The residence is undergoing total remodeling;
(B) The storage trailer may not be used for living quarters; and
(C) The permit may not be issued for a period longer than six months.
