(A) No recreational vehicles, trailers, or equipment shall be used for dwelling purposes on any lot except as may be authorized elsewhere.
(B) Such recreational vehicles, trailers, or equipment may be parked in the required front or side yard setback on any lot only when the following conditions are met:
(1) The recreational vehicle, trailer, or equipment is parked on the primary driveway or on an improved surface immediately adjoining the primary driveway;
(2) No sidewalk is block or imposed upon; and
(3) No part of the recreational vehicle, trailer, or equipment is within ten feet of a street edge.
