§ 130.01 IMPERSONATING AN OFFICER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person other than a city or state police officer to wear an official badge or uniform or to falsely and willfully impersonate the said officials.

§ 130.02 REFUSING TO ASSIST OFFICER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse to assist a police officer when lawfully requested to do so by him or her.

§ 130.03 RESISTING OFFICER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to resist any police officer when such officer is in the lawful performance of his or her duties.

§ 130.04 ABUSING OFFICER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to abuse a police officer or city official in the execution of his or her office.
