It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicles to drive on any park property of the city with the exception of designated parking areas and driving areas as established by the Park Board. This provision shall not apply to duly authorized maintenance vehicles of the city or as authorized by the Park Board. It shall be the duty of the Park Board to post areas upon which motor vehicles are not allowed.

MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL
The city owns and manages the municipal swimming pool. The governing body, for the purpose of defraying the cost of the management, maintenance, and improvements of the swimming pool, may each year levy a tax not exceeding the maximum limit prescribed by state law on the actual valuation of all real estate and personal property within the city that is subject to taxation. The revenue from the said tax shall be known as the Swimming Pool Fund and shall include all gifts, grants, deeds of conveyance, bequests, or other valuable income-producing personal property and real estate from any source for the purpose of endowing the swimming pool. The Swimming Pool Fund shall at all times be in the custody of the City Treasurer.

Admission charges shall be on file at the office of the City Clerk and shall also be posted in a conspicuous place at the municipal swimming pool for public inspection. Such rates may be structured for classes of persons in a reasonable manner; provided, that nothing herein shall be construed to permit or allow discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, or national origin in the classification of persons for admission charges.

(A) Flotation devices, including, but not limited to, inner tubes, rafts, arm floats, and other recreational devices may be used in all areas of the swimming pool except in the diving area. Swimmers shall only be permitted to use flotation devices in areas of the pool where he or she is able to swim or to stand on the bottom of the pool with their heads above the surface of the water. Flotation devices may be banned at such times, and for such periods, as the swimming pool manager deems safe and appropriate.
(B) Coast Guard approved life jackets may be used by non-swimmers in the pool, except the diving area, under the close supervision of an adult swimmer and after prior approval of the pool management. Life jackets are not allowed in the diving area of the pool.
(C) In accordance with state regulations, no diapers may be worn in any pool area, except diapers that are specially designed for swimming pool use to prevent contamination of the pool water. Disposable diapers are prohibited in any pool area.
(D) Any person who intentionally fails to follow instructions from any pool staff member shall be subject to immediate removal from the pool and can be ejected from the pool premises by pool management.
(E) Any person found using obscene language or making obscene gestures shall be subject to immediate expulsion from the pool premises. Any person so removed shall not be eligible for admission to the pool area until he or she is approved for admission by pool management.
(F) Any person found to cause any fighting or physical confrontation or threat of violence shall be subject to immediate expulsion from the pool by pool management. (G) Any person found to be responsible for vandalism to pool property shall be banned from admission to the pool. A report of any vandalism occurring to the pool shall be made with the appropriate authorities for prosecution and restitution.
