§ 30.48 ORDINANCES; STYLE AND TITLE.
   (A)   Style. The style of all city ordinances shall be: “Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Randolph, Nebraska:….”

   (B)   Title. No ordinance shall contain a subject which is not clearly expressed in the title.
