§ 132.07 PUBLIC INDECENCY.
   (A)   Any person of the age of 17 years and upwards who performs, or employs any person to perform, any of the following acts in a public place commits a public indecency:
      (1)   An act of sexual penetration or sexual conduct as defined in 720 ILCS 5/11-0.1; or
      (2)   A lewd exposure of the body done with intent to arouse another individual or to satisfy the sexual desire of the person performing the exposure or another individual.
   (B)   Breast-feeding of infants is not an act of public indecency.
   (C)   For purposes of this section, PUBLIC PLACE means any place where conduct may reasonably be expected to be viewed by others.
   (D)   Fine. Any person who violates this section shall be subject to a fine not less than $125 but not more than $750.
   (E)   A violation of this section that takes place at a location that holds a liquor license may subject the licensee to its liquor license being suspended or revoked pursuant to § 115.13, with consideration as to the licensee’s knowledge, permission or orchestration of the violation.
