§ 30.106 UTILITY BILLINGS.

It shall be the duty of the Collector to prepare monthly utility bills as required by Ch. 50 of this code of ordinances. The Collector shall collect all moneys due the village for the utility systems as specified in the water and sewer regulations in Ch. 51 and 52 of this code of ordinances.
