§ 150.001 STREETS AND ALLEYS DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   There is hereby established a department of the municipal government which shall be known as the “Streets and Alleys Department”.
   (B)   It shall embrace the Street Committee, the Street Superintendent and its employees.
