§ 115.39 MINORS’ PRESENCE WITHIN CLASS C AND D LICENSED PREMISES.
   No person under the age of 18 with the exception of employees shall be present after 10:00 p.m. in a premises operating under a Class C or a Class D license unless situated in a dining area separated from the bar.
