§ 115.35 DISORDERLY PERSONS.

Any person convicted of disorderly conduct or drunkenness shall not be permitted in any tavern in the village for a period of six months from the date of his or her conviction for such offense. The Police Department shall notify the tavern owners of the village of persons so convicted.
