A person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually-oriented business without a valid license or in violation of § 113.12 of this chapter is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution for criminal violations. Such violations shall be deemed a Class C misdemeanor. Each day a sexually- oriented business so operates is a separate offense or violation.
