§ 111.03 MUSIC MACHINES.
   (A)   No person shall have or keep for public use, or let for gain, within the village, any phonograph or other device for creating, transcribing or producing music, which is operated by the deposit or insertion of a coin or slug, without license for such purpose.
   (B)   The fee for a license shall be $25 per year for each phonograph or device so operated.
   (C)   The application shall be in writing and signed by the applicant and state therein the premises within which the phonograph or device is to be used.
