A municipal park area shall be open for public use between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. of each day, and it shall be unlawful for any person, excepting village officials and employees of the village actually performing business for the village to enter into, be found inside or remain inside a municipal park area between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the succeeding day.
