§ 91.09 PET IDENTIFICATION.
   Each household shall within the month of January of each calendar year:
   (A)   Identify in writing and file with the Village Clerk by name and species each cat and dog maintained by the household; and
   (B)   Provide written proof of inoculation for rabies of all such animals within the past 12 months.
