§ 91.08 ANIMALS KEPT WITHIN VILLAGE.
   (A)   Generally.
      (1)   No more than three dogs or puppies total. Any puppies, totaling over the three allowed dogs, shall be removed as soon as they are weaned, but no later than ten weeks after their birth;
      (2)   No more than three cats;
      (3)   Fish;
      (4)   Mice;
      (5)   Hamsters;
      (6)   Canaries;
      (7)   Parrots;
      (8)   No more than ten rabbits;
      (9)   No more than five hens; and
      (10)   No more than five ducks.
   (B)   Pasturing of animals.
      (1)   Horses, sheep, goats or cattle may be pastured within the village so long as they are pastured no closer than 30 feet from adjoining property improved for residential use.
      (2)   There shall not be more than one horse or one cow, or two sheep, five goats, per one and one-half acre of pasture. The computation of acreage may include adjacent, connective real estate beyond the village limits.
   (C)   Other animals. Any and all other animals shall be allowed within the village limits only for county fairs, livestock shows, veterinarian visits, 4-H shows, parades, equestrian events and auctions.
   (D)   Transport. This section is not intended to, nor shall it, restrict the transportation of any animals to the village on a public way or road.
