§ 91.07 DOGS OR CATS AT LARGE.
   (A)   No owner of a dog or cat shall permit the dog or cat to run at large in any part of the village at any time.
   (B)   Any dog or cat off the premises of the owner and not under the control of the owner or a member of his or her immediate family of ten years of age, by leash, shall be considered “at large”.
   (C)   LEASH, as used herein, means any cord, thong or chain, not more than eight feet in length by which a dog or cat is controlled by the person accompanying said cat or dog.
