§ 31.52 NO VOTE TO BE RECONSIDERED AT SPECIAL MEETING.
   No vote of the Village Board shall be reconsidered or rescinded at any special meeting thereof unless, at such special meeting, there are present as large a number of Village Board members as were present when such vote was taken.
