§ 34.14 CHECKS DRAWN ON INSUFFICIENT FUNDS.
   The City Treasurer shall impose a reasonable fee upon any person presenting to the Office of the City Treasurer a personal check, bank draft or other negotiable instrument drawn on insufficient funds.
