It shall be unlawful to engage in the business of storing liquified petroleum gases in the municipality unless the premises and equipment thereon to be used in the activity are in full compliance with the standards prescribed in the N.B.F.U. pamphlet No. 58; and it shall be unlawful to conduct or operate the activity unless all buildings and equipment used in connection therewith comply with the standards prescribed in that bulletin.
