§ 98.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Flammable liquids. Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of §§ 98.001 through 98.055 shall, in addition to any other relief as the law may afford, be punishable is set forth in § 10.99 of this code.

   (B)   Liquified petroleum gases. Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of §§ 98.070 through 98.078 shall, in addition to other relief as the law may afford, be punishable as set forth in § 10.99 of this code.
