It shall be unlawful to operate a plant for the production of liquified petroleum gases, or for filling containers with gases, in the municipality unless the activity is in full compliance with the standards prescribed in N.B.F.U. pamphlet No. 58; and it shall be unlawful to conduct or operate the activity unless all buildings and equipment used in connection therewith comply with the standards prescribed in that bulletin.
