§ 34.08 BOND REGISTER.
   (A)   The Treasurer shall keep in his or her office, in a book provided expressly for that purpose to be known as the “Bond Register,” a full and correct list of all outstanding bonds of the city showing the number, amount, date of issue, time of maturity, rate of interest and place of payment of each bond and for what and to whom the same was issued.
   (B)   When any city bonds are surrendered, cancelled or paid, the register shall show the fact, and in his or her annual report to the Council, the Treasurer shall describe particularly the bonds sold, exchanged or redeemed during the fiscal year, and give an itemized statement of the expenses thereof.
