(A) Dikes shall have a capacity of not less than the capacity of the tank or group of tanks surrounded.
(B) Dikes surrounding tanks containing crude oil or other liquid which has a tendency to boil over shall have a capacity of not less than 125% of the capacity of the tank or group of tanks surrounded or shall have a suitable coping or deflector projecting inward, properly constructed to minimize the effect of a “boil over” wave.
