(A) Any person or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 91.170 through 91.176 shall receive written notice of the violation, warning the party to take action; if no action is taken within 24 hours, a summons may be issued. Any person who violates any provision of §§ 91.170 through 91.176 shall receive a notice of violation and a fine not exceeding $100 per day, for every day after the 24-hour warning.
(B) Except as provided in division (A) above, any person, firm or corporation who violates any other provision of this chapter shall, in addition to any other relief as the law may afford, be punishable as set forth in § 10.99 of this code.
