§ 91.136 SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   The surface of the sidewalk over any structure must be kept clear of snow and ice, and free from all dirt and obstruction of any kind by the person holding the permit.
   (B)   Any person must keep the sidewalk over the structure in good repair and free from all defects of any kind.
