(A) The spacing of trees and shrubs will be in accordance with the three species size classes listed in the Arboricultural Specifications and Regulation Manual and no trees may be planted closer together than the following:

Small trees | 30 feet |
Medium trees | 40 feet |
Large trees | 50 feet |
(B) An exception would be special plantings designed or approved by the City Forester.
