(A) The Arboricultural Specifications and Regulations Manual as provided for herein shall set forth a list of permitted trees and shrubs consisting of three categories, namely, small trees, medium trees and large trees.
(B) No species other than those specified and included on the list may be planted on city-owned property unless otherwise provided in the Manual or by this code.
