§ 74.14 DESIGNATION OF SPACES.
   The Director of Utilities and Engineering and the owners or lessees of private property within the city are hereby authorized to determine and designate by proper signs, places which shall be reserved for the parking of vehicles displaying handicapped person parking devices as set forth in § 74.13.
