§ 51.173 EXTRAJURISDICTIONAL USERS.
   Any existing user who is located beyond the city limits and who is required to obtain a wastewater discharge permit shall submit a wastewater discharge permit application as outlined in Section 3.1. New Source and new users who are located beyond the city limits and who are required to obtain a wastewater discharge permit shall comply with § 51.172.
