§ 42.118 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.
   All city employees are expected to adhere to this subchapter and to work actively for its implementation both internally and in carrying out the city’s program activities. Each supervisor is required to become familiar with the contents of the Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Plan and to take an active role in implementing its policies and practices. This policy is to be implemented by all elected and appointed officials, supervisors and directors who have responsibility for personnel functions. Every supervisor of the city shall comply with this effort and monitor the activities under their control and of personnel reporting to them.
