§ 42.111 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MINORITY. Refers to persons of Native American, Asian, African or Hispanic ancestry, and to such protected classes as the youth, elderly, women and persons with disabilities.
