§ 42.061 IMPASSE DEFINED.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   IMPASSE. Deadlock in contract negotiations between a certified employee organization and the city’s appropriate representative over any matters subject to negotiation.
