§ 42.041 OTHER PLANS.
   In the event that compliance with any applicable federal or state statute, regulation or order requires that the city adopt any plan, policy or procedure, such as for equal opportunity or affirmative action, the Director of Human Resources shall be authorized and empowered to prepare, administer and interpret any plan, policy or procedure.
