§ 42.013 ARRESTS.
   The Mayor, members of the City Council, members of the Fire Department, as well as every member of the Police Department, are hereby declared to be “Conservators of the Peace”, provided, however, they are certified by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board as set forth in ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 3.1-15-25.
