There is hereby established the Foreign Fire Insurance Board of the City Fire Department, pursuant to ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-10-2. The purpose of the Board is to implement and facilitate the provisions of the Illinois Municipal Code, ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, Division 10 (Foreign Fire Insurance Company Fees) of Article 11 (Corporate Powers and Functions) of § 19.502 (Fees) and Chapter 116 of this code.
