§ 40.307 ORGANIZATION.
   (A)   Chairperson. The Building Commission shall select from among its members a Chairperson. In the temporary absence of the Chairperson, the members of the Commission may designate a voting Chairperson to serve in the Chairperson’s absence. The Chairperson may resign as Chairperson and continue as a member of the Building Commission.
   (B)   Secretary. The Building Inspector shall serve as Secretary of the Commission. In the absence of the Building Inspector, the Building Commission may designate a temporary Secretary who may or may not be a Commission member.
   (C)   Rules. The Building Commission may adopt rules or bylaws for the conduct of its business as it may deem necessary or desirable consistent with this subchapter and other applicable ordinances of the city.
   (D)   Meetings. The Building Commission shall meet regularly at times and places as it may determine. Special meetings, as are necessary or desirable, may be called from time to time by the Chairperson, Secretary or any two members thereof.
   (E)   Quorum. A quorum of the Building Commission shall be four of its members. All actions of the Building Commission shall be determined by a majority vote of those present and voting.
